a) Login on web and app

We collect:

Purpose: To provide secure access to our services, manage user accounts and prevent unauthorised access.

b) Support via Intercom

We collect:

  • Email address
  • Conversation history
  • Technical information about the device
  • IP address

Purpose: To provide efficient customer support, handle cases and improve our service.

c) Cookies

We use necessary cookies for the website to work, and Intercom for support chat. With your consent we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand how the website is used.

Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, are set only when you accept in the cookie notice. Intercom cookies such as intercom-id andintercom-session are used for the chat. You can change your analytics choice at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.
