Pricing
Build a setup based on licence level, facilities and add-ons. All prices are exclusive of VAT and licence prices apply with a 24-month agreement.
A paying member is an active training card, regardless of card type. Trial periods and staff are not counted.
The licence follows three levels: up to 199, 200–499 and 500 or more paying members. The price is adjusted up at a new level, but is not automatically lowered if the number decreases.
Licence prices in the calculator apply with a 24-month agreement. After that the agreement continues with three months’ notice.
The base licence includes a webshop, unlimited staff and customers according to the licence level, hosting and operations, and support on weekdays excluding public holidays.
With several facilities, the base licence is SEK 500/month lower from facility number two.
All prices in the calculator are exclusive of VAT. Variable items such as SMS, BankID and population-register lookups are added when used and are not included in the total.
Invoice by email is free. True e-invoicing, which some public bodies require, has a monthly fee plus a per-invoice price.
No. Your own app is an add-on. In the calculator it costs SEK 195/month, or SEK 295/month from 500 paying members. One app can cover many facilities.
If you choose the app, there is also a one-off cost for publishing in the App Store and Google Play.
The start fee is SEK 4,995 and is always included in the calculation. It covers setup of basic data and four hours of training.
